wedding cost cutting tips

So I was reading up on 75 nifty little ways to cut costs for your BIG Day!
Seeing how we are still in a "recession" I figured why not touch base on the tip I found to be most helpful. Not only it is clever but done the right way it can be extremely cute PLUS super effective for cutting your wedding day cost!

For brides on a budget, a signature wedding cocktail can be a great way to go at your wedding reception; rather than having an open bar! For those whom already tackled the menus/drink options you know that the bar tab can be one of the heftiest tabs for your wedding day. So why not create your own little drink of choice? I say it's better than an open bar and tons better than having a cash bar. Let your guests relax and drink without forking over loot for the tab. Perhaps their favorite drink isn't your signature one, but hey it's only for one night and I'm sure they'd rather have to compromise a little taste than worry about their bar bill.
